Shari S. • 7월 30, 2013Beautiful trails and many to choose from.......some easier than others. The wildflowers were incredible this spring and you cannot see them unless you are on the trail...not visible from the streets.
Bradley D. • 5월 29, 2014If you go for an early morning run, pay attention to the east. Run on the side closest to the sun so you don't get the double whammy of sun and reflected sun off the canal. Great, flat running!
Matthew J. • 8월 2, 2013Some of the best trail running around. Wonderful bathrooms and water at the trail head. These trail will take you miles and miles into fountain hills if wanted. Grab a map before you go out and enjoy!
Dominic P. • 12월 24, 2013Incredible trail in the middle of nowhere. Moderate difficulty with Amazing views of the valley.
City of S. • 10월 26, 2010Sonoran Desert at its best -- saguaro forests, giant rock formations, diverse wildlife. The preserve features nine trailheads and two dozen trails totaling 60 miles.
Angela M. • 11월 17, 2013Beautiful trail, not dog friendly, go early to get a parking spot. You can make this easier by turning around at the first peak or you can continue down the other side to another trail-allow 2hrs.
Jill B. • 4월 13, 2013Walking through the surrounding neighborhood is jewel. Check out the beautiful homes and views!
Dave M. • 2월 19, 2019If you’re hiking out here, don’t wander too far from the marked trail. Every direction looks exactly the same, so it’s easy to get lost and this place is huge! 🥾
Examiner.com • 3월 24, 2011This trail has it all. Difficult 9.5 mile loop hike with an elevation change of 1500 ft. Watch for bikers because this is also a popular spot for mountain bikers.
James P. • 2월 2, 2011Grab some trail mix from the cafeteria or vending machine and snack-break it on the trail.
Kris B. • 10월 9, 2012Great place to run/walk/bike for a few miles with an unobstructed view of the Salt River Pima community to the south and Camelback mountain to the southwest.
